Deadlines

Papers:

• Tuesday, May 14th: Abstract submission
• Thursday, May 23rd: Paper submission
• Friday, June 21th: End Reviewer Discussion
• Tuesday, June 25th : Decisions announced
• Tuesday, July 9th: Camera ready version due
• Friday, July 19th: Camera ready version due on ACM Publishing System (TAPS)

Papers recommended for TAP:

• Tuesday, July 9th: Camera-ready revisions to TAP recommended papers due (in TAP format)
• Tuesday, July 23rd: Final review recommendations from second review cycle sent to TAP authors
• Tuesday, July 30th: Final revisions due for papers selected for the TAP Special Issue after second review process

Posters:

• Friday, July 12th: Poster submission
• Tuesday, July 16th: Decisions announced
• Tuesday, July 23rd: Camera ready version of 1-page abstract due

The maximal poster size is 117 cm high x 86 cm wide.
