Informal goodbye dinner
We invite everyone to a goodbye dinner in the Fàbrica Moritz Barcelona (Ronda de Sant Antoni, 41) from 8 p.m. onwards.
We are excited to invite all attendees to The Zone of Hope immersive exhibition! It is a unique experience where cutting-edge VR technology is used to visualize and feel climate change consequences. Available time slots are: Wednesday, 18th at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, 19th at 6:30 p.m., and Friday, 20th at 1 p.m. The experience takes 20 minutes and four people can attend it at the same time. If you want to participate, please book your free pass HERE. We will meet 30 minutes earlier at the registration desk and walk to the exhibition place together (ca. 15 min).

SAP 2019 will take place in the heart of Barcelona, Spain at the University of Barcelona.
Barcelona is the capital of Catalonia and the second biggest city of Spain. It is an internationally-recognized academic and industrial centre, known also for its vibrant culture and stunning architecture. The symposium will be hosted in Aula Magna at the Historic Building in the centre of Barcelona. Registration, poster sessions, and coffee breaks will take place right next to the entrance to the Aula Magna.
Informal social event on Wednesday will be organized in Craft Beer bar (c/Paradís 4). Join us at 7:30 p.m.!
Barcelona offers a wide range of accommodation options. September is a peak time and the hotels are filling up quickly. Although there are a number of options for accommodation near the university, please make your reservation early. There is likely to be a strong demand for hotel rooms in Barcelona at the time of our conference.

ACM is able to provide visa support letters to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers, posters, or members of the conference committee.
For visa support letters, refer all requests to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a letter. All requests are handled in the order they are received. The information below should be included with the request:
- Your name as it appears on your passport;
- Your current postal mailing address;
- The name of the conference you are registering for;
- Your registration confirmation number.
If you have any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title and indicate whether you are the “sole author” or a “co-author”. Authors may indicate their paper title. If no paper, speakers can provide the title of their presentation.
ACM does not provide letters for transport of vendor or presenter equipment. ACM suggests shipping the materials insured to the conference facility.
