Paper-related dates

• May 25th: Abstract submission using https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=sap2021
• May 27th: Paper submission
• May 26: Bidding opens for IPC members
• May 27: Papers deadline
• May 31: Papers assigned to IPC members
• June 27: All reviews due
• June 28: Discussion phase begins
• July 2: Meta reviews and recommendations due from the primary
• July 7th: Notification of paper decisions returned to authors

Each deadline is 5PM PARIS TIME on the stated day, no matter where the submitter is located.

Papers recommended for TAP

• July 18th: Camera ready version due for SAP papers; revised manuscripts due for TAP papers
• July 30th: Second round reviews sent to TAP authors
• August 9th: Final camera-ready due for papers selected for the TAP Special Issue

Poster-related dates

• July 7: Call for Poster. Abstract to be submitted to acm.sap2021@gmail.com.
• Extended to September 9:Poster Deadline
• September 13: Camera-ready version of 1-page abstract, poster PDF, and one-minute video presentation due by email to acm.sap2021@gmail.c.om
