Although there are a number of options for accommodation near the university, September is a peak time and the hotels are filling up quickly. Please make your reservation early. Symposium attendees may reserve hotel rooms at the following hotel using the code ACMSAP:

Location

SAP 2017 will be take place in Cottbus, Germany on the central campus of the Brandenburg University of Technology. The city of Cottbus, which is a mere 90 Minutes travel from Berlin, is the second largest city in the State of Brandenburg and is considered to be the modern center of the Lusatia region. You can find directions here and a map of the campus here. The conference will take place at the Großer Hörsaal (GH) (Konrad-Zuse-Straße 4).

Saturday night social event

We are happy to announce that the conference dinner and social event will be on Saturday September 16th -- starting at 7pm -- at the Café Zelig! The Zelig is located at Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 21, 03044 Cottbus

Visa information

The Government of Germany web site includes detailed information about who needs a visa to visit and how to apply for a visa. ACM is able to provide visa support letters to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers, posters, or members of the conference committee.
