Accommodation

Location

SAP 2015 will be take place at the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics in Tübingen , Germany. You can find directions to the institue here. The conference hall is located in the Max Planck House at the center of the campus:

Tübingen is a beautiful medieval university town in the south of Germany, about 40 mins by car from Stuttgart airport. It is the home of two world-class academic institutions: Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen (founded 1477) and the Max Planck Institute.

Visa information

The Government of Germany web site includes detailed information about who needs a visa to visit and how to apply for a visa. ACM is able to provide visa support letters to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers, posters, or members of the conference committee.
